What's the Story?

Breksta is the Lithuanian goddess of twilight and dreams. She is believed to protect people from sunset to sunrise.

Freshwater pearls, particularly those in unusual shapes, are known to be particularly irridescent. This is because the nacre is thick from the longer time taken to form - approximately 3-7 years.

These pearls are also known as Biwa pearls, named after the original Japanese lake where they were first cultured. This pearl comes from China, which is the world's largest freshwater pearl production market.

14-14.5mm freshwater natural peacock colour coin pearls; hematite beads - 4mm; length of chain - 16mm.

Note: Pearls may be slightly different in the type of irridescence and there may even be a slight variation of size when compared to the piece photographed. The specific details of your pearls will be detailed in the certificate that accompanies the pendant.
