Brooch that is the Zayah interpretation of the beautiful poppies that bloomed in the Flanders battlefields in World War I.
There's been a focus on poppies in the light of the fact that we've been commemorating the centenary since the Great War of 1914- 1918. This is a time to remember the heroic sacrifice of so many who fought in the War, the hardship and destruction that spread over years across so many countries.
It is a time to remind ourself why peace is such an important aspect of our sense of well being for those of us who are fortunate enough to not live in a war torn country.
Here is our interpretation of the beautiful poppies that bloomed in the blood filled Flanders battlefields in World War I. They remind us not just of the war but the peace since they are used to mark the end of the War and Armistice Day.
All profits from the sale of this brooch will be donated to The Royal British Legion.
